1. Made to order. Every item is custom-printed with your uploaded logo after payment. Because each piece is personalised, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
2. Your logo. By uploading a logo you confirm you have the right to use and print it. We use it solely to produce your order and do not resell or redistribute it.
3. Pricing & payment. Prices are shown per item. Payment is handled securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Shipping and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
4. Shipping. We currently ship to Asia-Pacific and Europe. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. A tracking number is sent once your order ships.
5. Sustainability. We source from suppliers selected for sustainability and environmental care, and print on demand to avoid overproduction and waste.
6. Damaged / defective items. If your item arrives damaged or has a print defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order ID (KGA-…) for a replacement or refund.
7. Privacy. We store only what we need to fulfil your order (your selection, shipping address and contact details). We do not sell your data.
